Who works on my property when getting a new paved driveway?

Do I need to be home to get my driveway installed?
It is preferred that the customer is home. If not, we can make arrangements without customer present.
How long should I stay off my driveway?
We recommend five days before driving on, but you can walk on the surface the same day that it was installed.
When should I seal my new asphalt?
We recommend for the asphalt to cure and it depends what type of sealer. We offer oil based and water based. So approximately four months to a year.
Is there anything I need to do after my driveway is installed?
During hot temperatures, do not steer your car’s steering wheel while being in park, don’t use any type of kickstands, jack stands, or car ramps because this can make indentations to your driveway due to the heat. The edges are the weakest part of the driveway due to side support. Avoid driving on the edges so you don’t crack and crumble your driveway. We recommend you build up the edges with top soil so there will be added support and the appearance after grass has grown back in.
